Is it machine washable?

Is it machine washable? Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank first, then machine wash cold on gentle and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron the heating panel or dry clean it.

How long does the charge last?

Up to 8 hours on low and around 4 hours on high, depending on your power bank. It fully recharges in about 3 to 4 hours.

Does it come with the battery?

Yes. Every order includes the USB power bank and cable, so there is nothing else to buy.

How hot does it get?

Three levels. Low is a steady warmth you can wear all day, high warms you through in about 30 seconds. It is designed to stay at a safe temperature at every level.  

Does one size really fit everyone?

Yes. It is intentionally oversized and drapes over whatever you are wearing, including a coat.

What if I do not love it?
